In his National Day Rally speech, Singapore’s Prime Minister Lee Hsieng Loong warned of “serious consequences” if the number of foreign workers in the country is not controlled.

Yet, the challenge of balancing foreign and local staff is something troubling many human resources departments nationwide. The issue has generated much debate in HR circles, and we’ll be tackling the topic head-on at Recruitment Interactive 2013.
