The awards were judged by a panel of top HR leaders. This year, the panel included senior HR professionals from organisations such as AkzoNobel, Bank Danamon Indonesia, Bank Maybank Indonesia, Bayer Indonesia, FWD Insurance Indonesia, L’Oréal Indoneisa, MAP Group, Pfizer, Rentokil, Wipro Unza Indonesia, and more.

Dina Sitopu, People & Performance Director, Indonesia & Papa New Guinea, The Kraft Heinz Company, who judged the entries, commented: “[I am] amazed to see how companies were able to see this pandemic upheaval as an opportunity to do better and decisively choose to lead transformation at all levels by putting people at the heart of the organisation. This year’s entries demonstrated a high quality of resilience, agility, and strong commitment of the companies to navigate the change in the organisation during a crisis, through a people-accelerated agenda."

Meanwhile, fellow jury member Rudy Manik, Chief Human Resources Officer, FWD Insurance Indonesia, also said that he was "amazed at how companies are responding and adapting to the current challenging situation.

"Technology has been a great enabler in strengthening seamless interactions in the workplace, positively impacting the overall employee experience.”

Yenita Oktora, Human Resources Director, L’Oréal Indonesia, added: “[I] witnessed so many amazing actions being enacted by fellow HR professionals who placed people at the centre. Certainly, didn’t make the judging easy! Seeing how much efforts all the HR professionals made as people champion makes my heart full. I look forward to celebrating this with all of you!”
