HR Practitioner Appointments

Luke Partridge leads talent acquisition for FrieslandCampinaLuke Partridge brings 20 years of experience in executive search to FrieslandCampina as talent acquisition lead for digital. Based in Singapore, he previously served as regional director for Asia at MitchelLake Group and managing director for Southeast Asia at Xpand Group.

Speaking to Human Resources, he said: "FrieslandCampina is currently undergoing an exciting global digital transformation programme. As part of this comprehensive plan, I have been appointed to identify key and impactful digital talent that will enhance our go-to-market strategies in all markets. Hopefully, with the network I have built in this region for the past 20 years I can play a small role in this digital acceleration programme for the company."

Jenn Ni Keng takes on new HR role at Hong Leong BankJenn Ni Keng has been appointed by Hong Leong Bank Malaysia to the role of manager of human resources relationship management. Before joining the bank in 2013, she worked with HSBC as manager for learning delivery in SRM and deputy manager for agency training respectively at Public Mutual.

Cheryl Tay joins INTI as VP of group human resourcesCheryl Tay has recently come onboard INTI International University and Colleges as VP of group human resources. Based in Malaysia she has previously worked with QL Resources Group as the head of group human resources and with MacFoods (M) as HR director.


HR Solutions Provider Appointments

Chubb appoints Edward Rayfield as head of casualty Edward Rayfield takes on a new role as the head of casualty in Singapore at property and casualty insurance company Chubb. He will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the casualty and work injury compensation portfolios in Singapore, including all underwriting and market-facing functions. Most recently, he held the position of casualty manager, global broker unit for NSW and ACT for Chubb in Australia, and prior to that, served as a casualty underwriter in Chubb's operations in Europe.

On Rayfield's appointment, Adam Clifford, country president for Chubb in Singapore, said: "I am excited about the enthusiasm, passion and drive Edward will bring to the casualty team and the Singapore business. Given his global industry experience, strong technical underwriting expertise and proven ability to effectively engage our brokers, I am confident that he is an excellent candidate to lead and drive the expansion in our casualty business."

Ashley Tan joins Boston Consulting Group for HR role The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has brought on Ashley Tan as SEA staffing & mobility coordinator in Malaysia. Prior to this, Ashley held various roles in PwC Malaysia, working within recruitment and tax consultancy during her time there.

Sonia Fernandez appointed to new role at Michael PageSonia Fernandez has taken on the role of senior consultant in Michael Page, based in Malaysia, having worked her way up from associate consultant since joining last year. Prior to this, she worked with Monash University as abroad coordinator, and before that, she served as revenue coordinator for Asia Pacific region at Hilton Worldwide.

Randstad Singapore welcomes Niki Goh as specialist recruiterNiki Goh has joined Randstad Singapore as consultant for sales and marketing within the industrial B2B sector. Prior to this, she worked for four years with Capita, in the role of senior consultant. Before that, she was with One Marina Property Services as an HR officer.

Jonathan Ng advances to senior consultant role at Chandler Macleod Group Jonathan Ng was recently promoted from consultant to senior consultant in Chandler Macleod Group in Hong Kong. He is part of the corporate team with a focus on finance & accounting covering various sectors including but not limited to retail, FMCG, manufacturing, property, oil & gas, and telecommunications. He has previously worked with CORIX Group of Companies and lululemon.

Wayne Chong moves up to senior consultant at Chandler Macleod GroupWayne Chong has recently advanced to a senior consultant role at Chandler Macleod Group in Hong Kong. He joined Chandler Macleod in 2013 with a primary focus in the IT contracting division which he played a key role in client relationship development and contract management.

Sean Lim moves to ITCS Group in talent consultant roleSean Lim has recently joined ITCS Group in Singapore as consultant in talent acquisition and recruitment. With more than ten years of experience in IT recruitment, he has previously worked as senior consultant at executive search firm One Search Consulting and more recently with U3 Infotech as business development manager.
