RGF Executive Search Malaysia has appointed AiLing Lee as managing director with effect from 6 March 2018. She will be based in RGF Executive Search Malaysia’s Kuala Lumpur office.
According to a media release, this saw her moving away from another global executive search firm where she helped establish a healthcare and life sciences practice, based in Malaysia. Prior to that, Lee was based in Singapore at RGF, where she headed the industrial team while personally specialising in supply chain and logistics.
Originally from Malaysia, Lee has a total of more than 12 years of regional talent acquisition experience based out of both Singapore and Malaysia.
Over the years as a recruiter, she has proven her capabilities via successful placements for challenging roles and developed strong long-term partnerships within her network. As a consistent high biller, Lee represented Singapore at RGF’s regional Search and Leadership Academies, where she won both the Best Leadership Challenge Case Study and Best Student accolades.
John Tucker, regional head for Southeast Asia and Japan at RGF Executive Search, commented: “We’re delighted to have someone with AiLing’s talent, regional experience, and local market knowledge in this key role for our Malaysia business. As we expand our focus and coverage, we’re confident that AiLing and our team in Kuala Lumpur will continue to balance quality and speed by hiring the best consultants in the market and combining this with the adaptation and implementation of game-changing technology.”
RGF is a global brand of Recruit Holdings. Formerly known as Bó Lè Associates, the Malaysia business was recently renamed RGF Executive Search as part of Recruit’s integration of its brands to enhance permanent recruitment and executive search services across Asia.
Commenting on her new appointment, Lee said: “The brand integration across the region is an exciting milestone for the organisation and I look forward to leading our growth in Malaysia. While technology is the future and will continue to disrupt the market, finding the right balance and never losing face-to-face engagement with candidates and clients will always be one of RGF’s core principles.”
