Singapore's preferred HRMS vendors

Amid the shift of human resources from a transactional function to a transformational one, it is important to credit the technology solutions which enable this shift, which automate and simplify HR processes.

According to Vendors of the Year 2014, HR professionals have voted for SAP, UNIT4 Asia Pacific and Workday as their top three preferred HRMS vendors.

The annual rankings, published across 17 categories by Human Resources, are derived from a survey of more than 17,000 senior HR professionals, which asked them to choose their preferred provider of human resources management systems, to help them streamline HR processes and make the function in their organisation more cost-effective.

"HR practitioners trust SAP SuccessFactors because of great technology and a global legacy," said Shyam Prasad, vice president, cloud and lines business for SAP South East Asia, which holds its first place ranking for the third year in a row.

"The technology is complete, beautiful, and flexible enough to start anywhere – optimising the workforce today and preparing for tomorrow. With approximately 27 million subscription seats globally, SuccessFactors has helped HR professionals in Asia use their talent effectively to compete on a global scale."

Ho Chee Tiong, regional sales director of UNIT4 Asia Pacific, said organisations across the world are embracing social, mobile, analytics and cloud solutions as part of their efforts to modernise and deliver a better experience to users.

"UNIT4 has made great strides in the last 12 months to implement strategic industry standards to meet key industry benchmarks. These standards allow organisations to spend more time adding value to their HR information system for greater productivity and efficiency," he said.
