Schneider Electric to speak at Benefits Asia 2014

8 October 2014, SingaporeHuman Resources, the organiser of Benefits Asia Interactive, Asia’s most strategic compensation & benefits (C&B) conference, is delighted to announce Joon Tan, vice president talent management at Schneider Electric, has joined the event’s panel of experts.

Tan will be featured in two expert panel sessions at Benefits Asia Interactive; she will first join the topic panel discussing the role of non-cash rewards in engaging and retaining talent, alongside other highly regarded regional HR practitioners Kathy Goh, director, global HR shared services at DFS Group; Neha Pareek, talent leader, APAC, Greater China & Africa at IBM; and John Lackey, director, global mobility, APAC at Jabil.

Tan will also sit on the closing expert panel of the event, which will be focused on the topic of navigating salary reviews and promotions. Together with Mario Berta, regional co-founder & CEO at Easy Taxi and Boris Biryukov, region head C&B, OTC IntOps/ Animal Health APAC at Novartis; she will explore how HR can standardise the process and measurability of salary reviews and promotions fairly, to best balance expectations and budgeting.
