As of 12:00pm on 24 November 2025, a total of 11,518 victims have been identified across Kelantan, Perlis, Perak, Kedah, Pulau Pinang, Terengganu, and Selangor, with Kelantan experiencing the greatest number of victims of 8,259.
The Malaysian National Disaster Command Centre (NDCC) has issued continuous rain warnings across multiple states until Wednesday, 26 November 2025. Here’s what you need to know:
Continuous rain (Hazard)
Heavy rain is expected in:
- Perlis
- Kedah (Langkawi, Kubang Pasu, Kota Setar, Pokok Sena, Padang Terap, Yan, Pendang, Sik)
- Kelantan (Tumpat, Pasir Mas, Kota Bharu, Tanah Merah, Bachok, Machang, Pasir Puteh)
- Terengganu (Besut)
Continuous rain (Severe)
Severe rain forecast for:
- Kedah (Kuala Muda, Baling, Kulim, Bandar Bahru)
- Penang
- Perak (Kerian, Larut Matang & Selama, Hulu Perak, Kuala Kangsar, Manjung, Kinta, Perak Tengah, Bagan Datuk, Hilir Perak)
- Kelantan (Jeli, Kuala Krai, Gua Musang)
- Terengganu (Setiu, Kuala Nerus, Hulu Terengganu, Kuala Terengganu, Marang, Dungun, Kemaman)
Continuous rain (Alert)
- Perak (Kampar, Batang Padang, Muallim)
- Pahang (Cameron Highlands, Lipis, Jerantut, Kuantan) until Wednesday.
- Pahang (Raub, Bentong, Temerloh)
- Selangor (Sabak Bernam, Kuala Selangor, Hulu Selangor, Gombak) until Monday.
Residents in affected areas are advised to stay vigilant, avoid flood-prone zones, and follow official advisories.
According to the NDCC, the number of flood victims continues to climb, reaching 11,518 as of 12:00 PM on 24 November 2025.

In this regard, the state/ district level Disaster Management Committees should be activated and increase the level of preparedness to face impending disasters, especially in high-risk areas.
The NDCC has also stated that the state/district level Disaster Management Committees have also been requested to ensure that each Temporary Evacuation Center (PPS) is equipped with basic necessities and the Incident Control Post (PKTK) has all sufficient operational assets and is in good condition and ready to use.
