HR Tech Interactive, Asia’s only regional conference dedicated to technology innovation in HR management, will see senior HR executives from renowned companies in Asia such as Biosensors International, Johnson Electric and Maybank sharing their insights on how to use HR technology to achieve desired results.
HR Tech Interactive is free-to-attend but admission is by invitation-only. The number of delegates is capped at 100 and only senior regional HR professionals from large companies and government departments are invited.

David Chin, chief human resources officer at Biosensors, has over 20 years of experience in various disciplines of HR in the UK, Europe and Asia.
He handles Biosensors’ HR strategy and execution across its locations in the Asia Pacific, Europe & Middle East and the Americas.
Prior to his current role, Chin served as the group head of HR at Neptune Oriental Lines and supervised its strategic efforts in the areas of organisational design, compensation, talent management, succession planning and leadership development for over 13,000 employees worldwide.
Chin has also held global and regional HR roles at UBS and JP Morgan, exposing him to organisational and leadership & management development, talent management and recruitment.
Johnson Electric’s director of strategic global talent acquisition, Michelle Loong, earned her bachelors degree in information management from University College London and her Masters in human resource management from Middlesex University Business School.
Before joining Johnson Electric, she served as vice president of the global talent acquisition for Asia Pacific with MSCI for over five years and before that spent 10 years with various top international global search firms in several Asian markets.
With over 20 years of experience in HR, Mei-Lynn Chan, EVP and head of the group organisational development and performance management at Maybank, has been exposed to compensation & benefits, performance management, competency-based applications such as learning & development, leadership development, recruitment & selection and change management.
She has worked with the likes of Hay Group as a practice leader and as the country manager and managing consultant for Towers Watson.
Chan gained her Bachelor’s degree, majoring in psychology, a post-graduate diploma in educational psychology and a Masters in applied psychology from Australia.
