Thiyagarajan Govindasamy is a well-rounded HR leader and expert change agent whose 20 years of experience spans across oil and gas, mining and information technology, as well as banking and financial services. As the current regional director for human resources at Danfoss Industries, Govindasamy supervises various HR functional areas, such as recruitment, rewards (C&B), salary administration (payroll), employee training and development and employee relations.
Hari Nair is the head of continuous improvement at BASF Petronas Chemicals. Before his current role, Nair performed the talent engagement and HR transformation functions at Maxis Group companies in both India and Malaysia. He also served as head of HR for software companies Core Objects and Envision. Nairhas a PhD. in Human Resources Management and is a Chartered Member of CIPD, UK. Nair has presented and published several articles on contemporary HR issues in international journals and conferences.
As the general manager of global talent management for the Johnson Electric Group, Charles Hughley supervises all aspects of global talent management and talent development for the organisation. Hughley has over 20 years of public and private sector experience in human resources, strategic planning, continuous improvement, and workforce analytics.
Hughley performed several leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies, such as ITT Corporation, Eaton Corporation, and the Ford Motor Company. He holds a BSc in Organisational Communications from Eastern Michigan University, a Master’s of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University with a focus on Information Resource Management, and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Michigan.
