HR must evolve into a genuine business partner — this would mean staying informed about market dynamics and understanding the strategic direction, explains Vaewpailin Vongpivat, People Experience Manager.
When addressing change, there are bound to be both moments of enthusiasm and moments of uncertainty that may affect people's motivation.
Pfizer Thailand recognises this, and is instead focused on cultivating talent and equipping its colleagues with the tools they need to thrive in an ever-evolving era. In such times, its driving force is its unwavering commitment to delivering breakthroughs that change patients’ lives.
With this, it also believes that HR must evolve into a genuine business partner — this would mean staying informed about market dynamics and understanding the strategic direction the company must pursue to maintain competitiveness.
