The rise of the digital workplace: Recruitment Asia 2017

How does digital workplace transformation affect recruitment strategies? Asia’s brightest recruitment specialists will reveal how their respective organisations approach changes at Recruitment Asia, the region’s foremost conference on talent acquisition.

Recruitment Asia 2017 is a two-day conference taking place in Malaysia on 31 October - 1 November and in Singapore on 2-3 November. The event will explore the most critical subjects in the industry today, such as the rise of the digital workplace.

“Automation in HR will change the way HR attract and engage talent in many ways,” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine. “This is why Recruitment Asia 2017 will break down how a digital workplace can improve communication, employee experience, and hiring processes.”

In his case study entitled “HR as an enabler for workforce optimisation and retention,” Robert St Jacques, global human resources director at iFlix, will explain how HR can bring out the best in employees regardless of their time frame in the organisation for both the employer and employees. He will lay out best practices and methods in engaging people. Forecasting potential staff retention rate will also be discussed.
