This new benefit aims to empower employees to prioritise their families, pursue further studies, or simply take time out for self-care.

Nina Hospitality, a member of Chinachem Group, has introduced two days of wellbeing leave for all eligible employees across the organisation, effective 1 October 2023.

This new benefit is designed to provide employees flexibility and support to nurture their personal wellbeing, empowering them to prioritise their families, pursue further studies, or simply take time out for self-care.

As a "caring company", Nina firmly believes that employees are the greatest asset. Recognising the importance of a healthy work-life balance, the hotel group prioritises the mental and physical health of its workforce through proactive measures. This initiative is one of many ways to demonstrate its ongoing commitment to employees and their overall wellbeing, and to fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

"The introduction of wellbeing leave reflects our dedication to supporting the holistic development of our employees," said Haley Chan, Group Director of Human Resources at Nina Hospitality. "We believe that by prioritising their wellbeing, we can create a more engaged and motivated workforce, ultimately driving our company's success."
