Based in Singapore, he is a human resources professional with 10-plus years of accelerated HR experience in notable companies such as American Express and Visa. Taking the stage now at Recruitment Asia 2016 is someone with a track record of managing both people and projects in line with business objectives.

In her current role as chief operating officer at Accendo, Tishal Rai, is responsible for developing and executing the firm's operational strategies, and effectively growing it from a Malaysia-based organisation to an ASEAN-wide consulting entity.

Today, she presents the talent market outlook in the region, along with a forecast of what's on the horizon.

First on today's agenda is someone who has more than 25 years of experience in the HR field, of which she has spent the last two decades in Malaysia. She takes a special interest in strategic talent management, organisational transformation and culture management, and has led initiatives in these areas across industries like airlines, telecommunications, commercial and investment banking, conglomerates and oil and gas.

Claudia Cadena, chief human resources officer, Malaysia Airlines is now here to answer the age-old question: insourcing or outsourcing, what is the best way to hire.
