Johnson Electric and NXP join HR Leaders Summit 2016

Charles Hughley’s high-powered career track is the ultimate symbol of his credibility. As the general manager of global talent management for the Johnson Electric Group, Hughley supervises all aspects of global talent management and talent development for the organisation.

With over 20 years of public and private sector experience in human resources, strategic planning, continuous improvement, and workforce analytics, Hughley has led large domestic and international organisational redesigns, labour negotiations in the US, Brazil and Mexico, as well as M&A due diligence projects in Europe and the Americas.

Hughley holds a B.S. in Organisational Communications from Eastern Michigan University, a Master’s of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University with a focus on Information Resource Management, and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Michigan.

An accomplished senior HR leader with over 25 years experience, Joyce Foo is now the human resource director at NXP Semiconductors. Her achievements can be traced back to her time at Seagate, General Electric, Teleflex Medical and Singapore Telecommunications.

Foo’s expertise ranges from providing HR leadership for multiple mergers and acquisitions to heading integration and assimilation to organisation’s culture. She also became an entrepreneur for eight years before she led the ASEAN Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence at General Electric.
