This year's panel comprises distinguished senior HR professionals representing organisations such as Banyantree, CARSOME Thailand, CIMB Thai Bank, Dextra Asia, Electrolux, FLS Group, Foodservice Asia Pacific Middle East, Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort, Makro, Nestlé Indochina, RMA, Siam Motors, Thai Wah, Tipco Asphalt, JD Central and Unilever.

Commenting on the judging process, jury member Robert New, Chief People Officer, FLS Group, said it was "truly aspirational and inspirational to witness how HR has been thriving with the ever-changing business and people requirements.

"Undoubtedly, HR has been truly a champion of growth, grit, and excellence in ensuring their fellow employees only benefit from the best employee experience while they transform and perform with the business. This only means that HR as a function is truly crucial and important in enabling their business strategies and people agenda," he added.

Fellow jury member Atthaphon Sae-Tan, Director of Human Resources, Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort also shared her sentiments. "It was a great honour to serve as one of the judges. Throughout the evaluation process, I had the opportunity to witness remarkable innovations and observe how technology has been strategically integrated into various HR processes, all the while ensuring a human touch through engaging activities that enhance employee engagement."

Finally, a third jury member, Jureeporn (Julie) Deenonoad, Group Head of Talent Management of Dextra Group, commented: "We had to work extra hard since all the entrants were very talented and the entries were well planned with flawless execution. You could see the HR digitalisation in place and all the projects were equipped with new technologies and ideas on how to overcome the challenging situation after all the pandemic impacts.

"HR teams nowadays, across every business, have fully transformed into modern and innovative functions who work side by side with businesses, realigning their direction and strategy to compete in the market and achieve their business goals."
