Game on with KNOLSKAPE at Talent Management Asia

Immersive gamification and simulation software company, KNOLSKAPE, will lead a practical hands-on simulation session at Talent Management Asia, the region’s leading HR strategy conference.

Lead by Kulwant Bardh, the company’s CEO, the session will show how gamification can be applied to many HR projects including corporate learning, culture and transformation.

Talent Management Asia is a two-day regional conference held in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore in March 2016. The annual event is attended by regional HR leaders and senior HR specialists from the biggest employers in Asia.

During his session, Kulwant Bardh, chief executive officer of KNOLSKAPE, will lead participants working in teams to experience the future of learning through immersive gamification of a realistic business scenario – to introduce a massive, transformational change into an organisation within a given time period, convincing top managers of the organisation using tactics that have the right content, context and timing.

Bardh has nearly 30 years of MNC and SME experience in various industries and was formerly managing director Asia for a public listed global strategy and technology consulting firm and was based in the US for two years.

He was also APAC business leader for HR transformation at Mercer where he was also lead faculty for leadership development.

Bardh’s most recent two roles were as P&L head and director of the talent practices at DDI and Aon Hewitt respectively. Bardh is a former military officer who speaks five Asian languages and has work stints in different Asian cities.
