It is an integral part of our HR strategy to have continuous follow-up sessions with our system vendors so that the system is tailored to our HR workflow. On top of that, collaboration was another core element of our strategy. We worked closely with all our HR functions to align solutions with the broader goals of the entire HR team, fostering a culture of cooperation and innovation.

In the journey of implementing these new HR technologies and processes, we faced resistance from employees as well as internal stakeholders who were more accustomed to traditional ways. We overcame this using clear communication through regular sessions highlighting the benefits of these changes, focusing on improved productivity and reduced manual processes. Our success in overcoming these challenges was largely a result of team collaboration, adaptability, and a shared commitment within our team to find solutions.
To navigate these challenges, we leveraged the strengths of our HR team members and embraced a proactive mindset. The HR team's resilience was reinforced by each obstacle as a source of growth and improvement.
