Who made the cut? Presenting the Employee Experience Awards 2026, Singapore finalists

Commenting on this year's entries, jury member Anya Loh said: "Many organisations demonstrated clear intentionality, strong governance, and measurable impact, signalling a more confident and strategic HR function that is shaping, not just supporting, the future of work."

After a rigorous and highly competitive judging process, Human Resources Online is proud to unveil the finalists of the Employee Experience Awards 2026, Singapore.

This peer-recognised awards programme celebrates organisations that are not just responding to change but actively redefining what exceptional employee experience looks like today. Across four core pillars — leadership, learning, engagement, and talent acquisition, this year’s finalists have demonstrated bold thinking, strategic clarity, and measurable impact.

Mark your calendars for 5 June 2026 (Friday), as we bring the industry together for an unmissable awards gala. On the night, we will honour the organisations that have set new benchmarks in shaping meaningful, future-ready workplaces.

Behind every shortlisted entry is a story of transformation, carefully evaluated by a distinguished panel of 18 senior HR leaders across the region. Together, they reviewed submissions spanning 43 categories, assessing not just creativity, but the depth of strategy and real-world outcomes.

Reflecting on this year’s entries, Anya Loh, Head of HR, APAC, Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, shared: "As a judge, I was encouraged by the quality and thoughtfulness of this year’s submissions. What stood out was the shift from isolated HR initiatives to integrated, business-anchored solutions — whether in workforce innovation, talent assessment, or ESG.”

"Many organisations demonstrated clear intentionality, strong governance, and measurable impact, signalling a more confident and strategic HR function that is shaping, not just supporting, the future of work," she added.

Echoing this sentiment, Jason Leong, Head of Talent, APAC, Groupe Clarins, noted: "This year’s entries reflected a high standard of HR excellence and truly raised the bar, with strong business alignment, thoughtful innovation, and clearer evidence of impact. The shortlisted organisations stood out for combining creativity, execution, and meaningful outcomes for both employees and the business."

From a broader industry lens, Lillian Ho, Chief Human Resource Officer, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, highlighted the evolving role of HR: "It is particularly heartening to see how more organisations are increasingly placing people and culture at the core of their strategy in driving business growth, strengthening impactful performance and differentiating themselves in the competitive talent landscape.

"Leveraging tech and AI as powerful catalysts to transform how work is delivered is no longer an option but foundational in accelerating innovation, enabling scale and business productivity."

Adding to this, Bryan Lim, Managing Director, Head of Group Talent & Development, United Overseas Bank, reflected on the depth and diversity of submissions.

"Judging the Employee Experience Awards was both energising and humbling," he said, noting how many organisations have moved beyond quick fixes to build lasting, people-centric strategies.

What stood out the most to him was the diversity of approaches from systemic work-life harmony frameworks to innovative onboarding journeys, leadership development, and wellbeing ecosystems — all underpinned by evidence of real impact.

"The submissions proved that when organisations treat employee experience as a strategic driver, they achieve not only stronger engagement and retention but also sustainable business excellence," he continued.

"It was a privilege to witness such inspiring practices shaping the future of work."

As we count down to the awards night, we celebrate every finalist for pushing boundaries and raising the standard of employee experience in Singapore.
