Updates to the Singapore Arrival Card take effect on 26 August 2026

Travellers can expect up to 19 language options, smoother and more user-friendly navigation, and faster submission through passport scan autofill.

In an announcement on 19 August 2026, the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) said that the Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) will be updated with a refreshed interface and enhanced features on the ICA website and MyICA Mobile app.

From 26 August 2026, travellers may access the enhanced SGAC experience on the ICA website. The updates will also be introduced on the MyICA Mobile app subsequently.

Key enhancements will include:

  • More language options: The SGAC will be available in up to 19 languages.
  • Improved navigation: A revised interface to make the submission process easier to navigate.
  • Passport scan autofill: Travellers can use passport scanning to autofill selected information for faster submission.

SGAC submission through ICA’s official channels will continue to remain free of charge.

ICA noted that only one SGAC submission is required, and travellers need not submit another SGAC if they have already done so using either the current or enhanced version.
