She will also share best practices in designing interview techniques via psychometric tests, assessment centres, role-plays etc.
What does an exciting career path look like for graduate talent today? Daniel Wasik, Google’s head of talent and outreach programme, will present the latest trends in his presentation “Graduate talent management – diverse programmes to attract candidates with the right qualities.” Delegates will gain new insights and practical approaches they can apply when marketing innovative graduate programmes and managing talent’s expectations of the organisation.
Identifying the right talent that fits one’s business model and culture is important for Rachel Fitton, head of talent acquisition, APAC, at HP. The secrets to implementing a cost-efficient sourcing strategy will be revealed in her case study presentation “Designing a proactive candidate sourcing strategy to attract the right talent.” Fitton’s discussion will also discuss technology and how it can be leveraged for more effective talent identification and assessment.
