Up the ranks: Robert Chessen is SVP of resources, APAC at Radisson Hotel Group

An accomplished business executive and leader, Robert Chessen has been promoted to senior vice-president of resources for APAC at Radisson Hotel Group, up from his post as vice-president of human resources for APAC at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group.

"With the recent rebranding to Radisson Hotel Group, my key priorities include creating a strong employee branding strategy to be an employer of choice," he shared with Human Resources.

"We are also strengthening our efforts in ensuring a strong talent pipeline by developing individuals to be leaders of tomorrow. In doing so, we secure and elevate the future of the group. Responsible business continues to be an integral priority which is a key focal point, where everything we do matters and will help build a sustainable future.

"At Radisson Hotel Group, the targets and efforts we have in Asia Pacifi c is set to elevate the positive impact on people, communities and the planet," he adds.

The regional HR teams are located in Singapore, Delhi, and Shanghai with Chessen being based in Singapore.
