Up the ranks: Leslie Co Martin is FrieslandCampina Professional's new Director of HR

In this role, she will be taking the lead in elevating the company's digital capabilities and implementing data-driven ways of working.

FrieslandCampina Professional, a manufacturer of dairy products and a business arm of FrieslandCampina, has appointed Leslie Co Martin as its Director of Human Resources, effective 1 July 2023.

Based in Singapore, Leslie will be responsible for the continued development and growth of the Professional business unit, taking the lead in elevating the company's digital capabilities and implementing data-driven ways of working.

Prior to this role, she held the position of Talent Development & Change Lead in FrieslandCampina's ACE (Agile Commercial Execution) programme, a role she took on in 2021. In the role, she was involved in deploying ACE talent development solutions and supporting operating companies to build an integrated change management roadmap to drive the successful implementation of ACE.

The leader joined FrieslandCampina in 2019, assuming the role of HR Business Partner in its Specialised Nutrition business group, where she was pivotal in driving talent management initiatives, particularly in the areas of commercial, medical marketing, and digital capabilities.

Commenting on her new role, Leslie said it brings together her "passion for people and food". "[I am] looking forward to nurturing our talents and nourishing the heroes of food."
