Lim comes with more than two decades of experience as a HR and talent partner in both regional and global roles, in organisations including Diageo and Unilever.
The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore has just welcomed Audrey Lim as its new Director of Human Resources.
An alumnus of the National University of Singapore, Lim brings to the table over two decades of experience working as a HR and talent partner to blue chip multinational corporations in both regional and global roles in countries beyond Singapore, such as China and Indonesia.
In her immediate past role, Lim was the Regional Human Resources Director at Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy and was overseeing the Southeast Asia and Australia markets for watches and jewellery. There, she notably set up HR frameworks for new markets, built high performing teams, and created a more harmonious and integration of payroll, benefits, and HR systems in Southeast Asia.
Prior to that, Lim took on the role as the first Regional Talent Acquisition Lead for Kimberly Clark, where she built the regional team, and executive search capabilities, as well as launched a new applicant tracking system along with the organisation's employer branding activations.
Apart from the above, Lim holds a career portfolio comprising HR leadership roles from organisations such as Diageo, Johnson & Johnson, and Unilever.
Outside of work, Lim is a proud mother and a certified yoga instructor.
Alongside Lim's appointment, the Ritz Carlton company has also announced the appointment of Jin Kim as the Executive Assistant Manager of Rooms.
In his role, Jin will be in charge of all Room operations, including housekeeping, guest services, The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge, The Ritz-Carlton Spa, and the
Fitness Centre.
