Anjali Menon has taken on the portfolio of Vice President HR for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at Sibelco Group, a global provider of mining and materials solutions. She previously served as Asia Pacific Human Resources Director, a role she took on in October 2023, reporting to Global CHRO Karine Parent.
After more than 16 years in the FMCG sector, Anjali made the leap into the mining and minerals industry in 2023 – a move she describes as both challenging and rewarding. Leading organisational, leadership, and culture transformation across the Asia Pacific region offered a steep learning curve, but also rich opportunities to accelerate business impact through people and culture.
Sharing about her new role on LinkedIn, Anjali said she will work with a diverse set of teams across EMEA, driving business growth, talent development, and culture transformation at scale. "What makes this transition even more meaningful is Sibelco’s leadership in glass recycling in Europe, which deeply resonates with my personal purpose and commitment to sustainability. It’s energising to step into a role where business growth, people development, culture, and sustainability come together so strongly."
