Right Management supports acceleration of high-potentials

Leading talent and career development provider, Right Management, has reaffirmed its support for Asia’s HR community by signing on for Asia’s biggest regional learning & development conference for HR leaders and senior L&D specialists, Training & Development Asia.

Training & Development Asia 2017 will take place in Kuala Lumpur on August 15-16, in Singapore on August 17-18, and in Manila on August 17.

Presenting on the topic “Raising high potentials: How to identify and develop agile leaders”, Marako Marcus, managing consultant at Right Management, will address the mismatch between high potential development as it exists and what is needed. In addition, he will cover how organisations can gain talent intelligence for global deployment of their talent pool.

Marcus partners with clients to identify, design and deliver solutions to support strategic planning, and HR and organisational change initiatives – particularly in the areas of career management, talent development, leadership development, employee and organisation assessments and performance management.

He has a rich and varied background in consulting and training which includes 10 years’ experience as an in-house learning development and organisational development specialist, and more than 10 years’ experience in management consulting. Marcus is able to design and develop innovative organisational development solutions, conduct leadership courses for all levels of managers and executives, and lead strategic planning sessions for management teams as well.

Marcus is an accredited facilitator for the Hogan Leadership Inventory, HBDI Assessment tool, Birkman Method Assessment, Management Research Group’s LEA360 and Belbin Team Roles. He holds a Bachelor in Science specialising in Mathematics, a Post Grad Diploma in Education, a Masters in Instructional Design – an action-researched professional DBA – and a Post Grad Diploma in Human Capital Management.
