Remote expands HRIS for use by companies worldwide

Alongside the HRIS, Remote also launched Remote Perform, a performance tool aimed at simplifying review cycles for distributed teams.

Remote, a global HR platform, has announced an expansion of its product suite, introducing a purpose-built Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and a new performance management tool for global teams.

Now available worldwide, Remote HRIS is engineered to enable teams to manage the full complexity of global employment including local compliance, AI-powered workflows, and seamless functionality.

The platform centralises workforce data and integrates HR, payroll, performance, expenses, and devices into one system, aiming to help companies reduce silos and remain audit-ready in every country they hire. Its Compliance Watchtower tracks regulatory changes, while expansive integrations with more than 5,000 apps seek to ensure flexibility.

Alongside the HRIS, Remote also launched Remote Perform, a performance tool aimed at simplifying review cycles for distributed teams. It offers flexible formats, 360° feedback, and built-in tools such as peer feedback and career journals. Integrated with existing workflows such as Slack, it allows employers to monitor performance in real time.

With 71% of employers now hiring internationally, this expansion seeks to support businesses in managing global teams at scale, all while delivering a consistent, high-quality employee experience from hire to retire.
