Technology has been dominating the HR space globally for some time now, but it is only in recent years that widespread adoption has happened in Asia.
Throughout this learning period of adoption, HR leaders are discovering something - that helping employees to use new technology is about focusing on quality not quantity, core deliverables of the technology for their organisation, and implementation.
"At the end of the day, HR technology adoption is about smart data, selectivity to find technology that is a good match for your organisation and building stronger, more efficient teams," says Rebecca Lewis, editor of Human Resources.
At HR Tech Interactive 2013, you will hear HR leaders from around the region talk about the challenges of adopting new HR technologies, including:
David Long, people services director APAC, DaVitaAmor Villalon, regional HR VP, Fujitsu AsiaSudhi Sinha, director & GM of centre of excellence in engineering, Johnson ControlsBernard Seet, HR director for operations, NXP Semiconductors
"Are you taking an active role in driving tech adoption in your company? Are you making the best use of technology for recruitment, retention and engagement? What else is out there?" asks Lewis.
"These are things our speakers and panellists will be able to discuss with the crowd at HR Tech Interactive 2013."
