When it comes to candidate experience, Kadence International understands that clear communication with its stakeholders - including employees and potential employees is the key to business success.
As a result of this solid 'communication culture', Kadence International was crowned the gold winner of the best candidate experience by a corporate HR team at the Asia Recruitment Awards 2016, Singapore.
On the win, Phil Steggals, managing director of Kadence International commented: "Kadence has bold strategic goals to raise the profile of our company AND to re-position what market research stands for in the eyes of the wider marketing community."
"An integral part of this process is how we communicate with our candidates. We want to share our vision from the outset and ensure that people buy into, and are enthused by, our ideas."
"It is our firm belief that we are being interviewed as much as we are doing the interviewing – and this ensures that we clearly communicate the direction that we want our business to move in."
At the awards hosted at the Shangri-La Hotel Singapore on April 13, Tata Consultancy Services bagged the silver trophy while Maybank took home the bronze.
