GlobalFoundries earned recognition as the Employee Experience Champion of the Year at the fifth edition of the awards.

GlobalFoundries emerged as the Employee Experience Champion of the Year at the fifth annual Employee Experience Awards in Singapore, held on Friday, 16 May 2025, at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. The team's impressive haul of five golds, three silvers, and four bronze trophies was a powerful testament to the unwavering commitment to employee excellence.

This year’s awards featured 47 meticulously curated categories structured around four key pillars: Leadership, Learning, Engagement, and Talent Acquisition. Together, they reflected the comprehensive scope of employee experience excellence.

Highlighting the awards' adaptability to the evolving workplace landscape, six new categories were introduced this year — including:

  • Most Innovative Leadership Development Programme,
  • Best Learning Technology Implementation, and
  • Best Recruitment Marketing Campaign among others.

More than the accolades, the Employee Experience Awards spotlighted strategic efforts of organisations that continue to redefine the employee experience, setting new standards in building meaningful, high-impact workplace cultures.
