Questions on employee healthcare in Asia revolve around the impact of rising healthcare costs, employee value propositions, workplace wellness ROI and effective use of data analytics.
Senior HR executives from Mundi Pharma and Integrated Health Plans (IHP) will share their best practices and strategies in addressing these challenges as they join the speaker line-up at Employee Healthcare Interactive 2015, Asia's premier forum on employee healthcare and corporate wellness management.
Employee Healthcare Interactive is an exclusive, invitation-only one-day event for executive-level HR practitioners that will take place in Singapore on 3 December at the Four Seasons Hotel.
“HR practitioners, particularly benefits specialists, already recognise that delivering comprehensive yet competitive healthcare programs is one of the most critical business agendas today,” Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources.
“But the turning point for them lies on the how – how can they offer premium solutions amid cost issues, changing employee needs and necessary pursuit for continuous innovation?”
Among the 20 speakers and panellists who will share their experiences, insights and expertise at Employee Healthcare Interactive are senior HR professionals from IHP and Mundi Pharma.
Mundi Pharma HR director, Rupali Gupta, is in charge of managing the employee life-cycle, from hiring, performance management, talent review & succession planning, development, coaching and compensation & benefits.
She designs and delivers talent and leadership development initiatives across the organisation. Prior to Mundi Pharma, Gupta held HR roles at Standard Chartered Bank and Accenture.
Her specialties include leadership development, culture transformation, organisation design and effectiveness, HR transformation, change management, performance and rewards, recruitment & staffing as well as process design and implementation.
