The time has come to find out the finalists of the Employee Experience Awards 2026, Indonesia!
Following a successful debut last year, the second edition of the awards continues to celebrate outstanding HR leaders and organisations shaping exceptional workplaces across Indonesia. As part of a renowned regional platform spanning Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Thailand, the #EmployeeExperienceAwards honours excellence across 32 enterable categories covering four EX pillars:
- leadership,
- learning,
- engagement, and
- talent acquisition.
This year’s entries showcased a wide range of initiatives focused on strengthening workplace culture, employee engagement, learning, leadership, and talent strategies across Indonesia.
The judging panel praised the thoughtful approaches and people-centric ideas demonstrated throughout the submissions, recognising the efforts organisations are making to elevate the employee experience in meaningful ways.
Here’s what some of our judges had to say about this year’s entries:
Andhi Kurniawan Chandra, Senior Vice President Human Capital, Erajaya Group: "In overall, the majority of the material presents strategies and initiatives that demonstrate a clear correlation of impact aligned with business challenges. Some materials reflects strong elements of creativity in implementation and involves other stakeholders, from business leaders likewise.
"This effectively illustrates the role of HR as strategic partner in developing organization to remain competitive in the business landscape."
Dina Sitopu, People and Performance Director, Kraft Heinz Indonesia: "I was impressed by how thoughtfully these initiatives were aligned with real employee needs while still staying closely connected to the business strategy. The entrants truly showcased what meaningful employee experience looks like."

As I read through it all, what really caught my eye was the shift away of HR team from simply rolling out standard initiatives to deeply invested in continuous improvement.
"They care about measurable impact – making sure that as the business scales, the employees are growing right there with it. It’s a solid reminder that pairing a smart strategy with a true focus on your people is what actually drives success."
