HR VOTY 2015 to honour Asia’s elite HR consultants

The increasing role of consultants in human resources management – employer branding, comp & ben, succession planning, leadership development and outplacement – stems from the need to effectively manage the changing needs of organisations, new technologies and regulatory policies.

The most preferred HR consultants in Asia ensure their clients' operational activities and performance are aligned to their short-term and long-term business goals.

Who are they and what makes them first-rate? The HR Vendors of the Year Awards will unveil them in November and December.

"Brilliant consultants are expected to facilitate and inject best practices into various facets of HR, such as workflow, employee performance, compensation & benefits, employer branding and mobility," said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine.

"Hence, with the expert guidance of consultancy firms, HR departments can further capitalise on their existing systems and explore possibilities for growth at the same time."

Last year, hailed as best consultants in Asia at the HR Vendors of the Year Awards 2014 were Aon Hewitt Singapore, Brookfield Global Relocation, Cartus, Crown Worldwide, DDI-Asia/Pacific International, Fragomen Worldwide, Hay Group, HR Business Solutions Asia, Korn Ferry, McKinsey, Mercer, Right Management Singapore, Santa Fe Relocation Services and Towers Watson.

"We have a terrific line-up of judges so we are sure that the names that will be called for the award have all the hallmarks of a trusted HR consultant."

The HR Vendors of the Year Awards is based on a two-tier selection process. Category finalists will be decided by research on the vendor preferences of HR managers in Asia.

The winners will be judged by an esteemed jury of over 60 regional heads of HR from around Asia.
