Come celebrate the best HR solution providers in Malaysia as we announce the winners on 11 November 2022! Ahead of the awards, we're excited to reveal the finalists who stand a chance to walk home winners.
The HR Vendors of the Year awards recognises the exceptional contribution that HR solution providers across the region have made in disrupting and improving the HR function, and innovating business performance.
This year's edition will see 84 awards given out, with two new categories added to help reflect the important role teams and individual leaders are playing in keeping the HR function stable in a time of uncertainty: Local Hero and Leader of the Year.
The awards were judged by a panel of top HR leaders, including senior HR professionals from organisations such as Alcon, Alliance Bank Malaysia, Biomed Global, Genting Malaysia, Herbalife Nutrition Asia Pacific, RIDA Group, Tetra Pak, and more.
Commenting on this year's entries, Haikal M Z Akmar, Chief Human Resources Officer, UOA Group, one of the judges, commented: "It’s great to see these companies are investing & putting huge amounts of effort to innovate and transform HR ecosystems and processes in keeping pace with ever changing demand in the industry. From the submissions, I was able to see the great positive impact it brings to the organisations that partner with various HR (solution providers)."
Another jury member, Rebecca Khor, Director, Head of Human Resources, BNP Paribas Malaysia shared that selecting the winners this year was "difficult as all the entries presented are of extremely high quality." She is, however, "comforted that these submissions also demonstrated the continued focus of companies in developing human capital despite the significant economic headwinds and disruptions globally."
