HR Practitioner Appointments

Neha Pareek promoted to HR leader at IBMPareek is the new HR leader, consulting services and application innovation, GBS Asia Pacific. She was promoted from the BTL Talent Leader - GBS Asia Pacific,  Greater China Group and Middle East & Africa, a post she had held since 2014.  Pareek is based in Singapore.

Puma Group appoints Rita Lee as senior human resources business partnerIn her new role, Lee will be the senior HR business partner for the group's business within the APAC region including China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Indonesia. She was previously the senior human resources manager at Shiseido Hong Kong, and has over 10 years of business partner experience.

Microsoft appoints new manager, HR & government affairsAs of March this year, Laetitia Liu, moved on from her previous role as manager, HR & business operations to her new position as manager, HR & government affairs. Liu will continue to be based in Beijing where she had served in the company since 2014. Before Microsoft she held HR roles in Nokia.

WD appoints Joanne Yang as HR specialist

As of March 2016, Yang will focus on managing HR policies and compliance programs, processes for the WD's SEA sales & marketing office and provide operational support for the firm's manufacturing office. Yang was previously the HR business partner (manager) at Weidmuller South East Asia.

Ansell Kulim welcomes new HR headNewly appointed head of HR department at the electronics manufacturer, Vijay Subrayan brings with him more than 16 years experience in employee relations, industrial relations, employee engagement, employee services, among others. He will continue to be based in Penang, Malaysia.

MyHSR Corporation hires new head of people and cultureFetty Ratna Othman brings with her solid experience in managing HR for oil & energy sector. She is now responsible for planning and delivering theory training for more than five global processes. She relocated from Cyberjaya to Kuala Lumpur, upon accepting her new role in January 2016.

Blue Bird Group expands HR teamThe pharmaceutical company had appointed Indrijati Rahayoe as their HR director with effect from January 2016. Indrijati will be responsible for heading the HR function for all Blue Bird Businesses and working closely with BOD and BOC. She is based in Greater Jakarta Area, Indonesia.

Fyber appoints new senior director HR management, talent management & rewardsIn the role, Henning Kuttenkeuler will lead HR management, talent management and rewards with a team of five across all business units at Fyber. Kuttenkeuler will be moving back to Germany after spending more than six years in Hong Kong with adidas Group.

InterContinental Hotels Group names new assistant training managerRebekah Benjamin brings with her more than 5 years’ experience in HR training and development. Based in Malaysia, Benjamin was previously the learning and development assistant manager at Euromoney Institutional Investor.

The Children’s Place appoints new senior vice president, human resourcesThe New Jersey-based retailer has appointed Leah Swan as senior vice president, human resources, with effect starting on March 28. Swan brings many years of experience to her new role having held HR roles in retail organisations as The Walt Disney Company, KPMG and GAP Inc in London.

Fauziah Bibi Abdul Aziz joins the human resources department at Impiana KLCC HotelShe previously held human resources & administration at BEWG Malaysia..

HR Solutions Provider Appointments

Randstad Sourceright promotes Izura Passell to sourcing team leadIn effect from March, Passell will be promoted from team lead - banking, finance & accounting APAC to the sourcing team lead. She will lead a group of sourcing recruiters, manage all HR related daily activities within the team including monitoring their performance  setting targets.

Heads! International appoints Elspeth Renshaw as global diversity lead partnerRenshaw has joined the firm as a partner based out of its Hong Kong office.  She will be responsible for leading diversity initiatives for global clients. She will also support the executive search firm on gender diversity specific assignments and will lead the global gender diversity advisory business.

HRconsultancy4U welcomes new managing directorSabine Van De Loo will overlook the operation of the company's newly open branch in Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia in her new role as managing director. Previously she had worked as HR Manager for various organisations, focusing on management development, function revaluation, and more.

Jeslyn Tan Sui Mei hired as associate consultant by Korn Ferry Hay GroupPreviously a talent management executive at Sime Darby Berhad, Tan was responsible for supporting the talent management manager to  design talent development programmes. Her appointment with Korn Ferry Hay Group is effective from March. Tan is based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

Adilah Aziz joins Millennium Consultants as recruitment consultantAfter 8 months with Schlumberger as a human resource vacation trainee, Aziz had made a career move. She has experience with providing support in the areas of employment, recruiting and staffing. In her previous role, she assisted in the search, interview, offer, and placement of quality candidates.

Yvonne Tang joins Adecco Malaysia as recruitment consultantTang will be a finance and account recruitment specialist. In her new role, she looks to provide high-speed and high-quality service to clients with integrity. She was previously a recruitment consultant with Recruit Express, responsible for full cycle of search and recruitment activities.

Spring Professional promotes Imran Johri to marketing director, Asia PacificAfter more than three years in the role as marketing director, Asia Johri was promoted in March to marketing director, Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, Johri  brings with him 15 years of experience in collective experience in television, publications, communications as well as in marketing and tactical digital networks development.

Heminch Ng promoted to learning & development executive at Ricoh (Malaysia)After serving at Ricoh's recruitment & employee relations for 6 months, Ng moved onto the learning and development department as an executive, with effect from January 2016. She was previously a talent acquisition executive with Aegis BPO Malaysia before joining Ricoh.

Atiqah Roslan joins Adecco Group as recruitment consultantBased in Malaysia, Roslan will be involved in specialised recruitment in engineering after joining the firm in March. In her previous role as consultant with KASK Careers, she was in charge of the entire executive search recruitment processes from business development up to placement of candidates.

Jesphianee Ismail joins Fragomen Worldwide as assistant consultantIsmail brings with her solid experience in relocation having held previous role in SIRVA Relocations as a visa and immigration specialist. She is experienced in  supporting client's immigration needs  like visa and immigration document renewal, new application, transfers. Her hiring came in effect in March.

M.S. Sreekumar promoted to president B2N Management ConsultingBased in India, Sreekumar is promoted from chief mentor to president, with effect starting from March. He has expertise with HR consultation in various areas include organisation goal setting process, learning training development, business & employee performance, and more.

Aliyah Sahni joins Orange Antelopes as talent acquisitionWith nearly a decade of experience in television production Sahni made the move from Noida Area, India to Singapore in March 2016. Previouly Sahni was a producer at India Today where she produced several prime time shows.

Nabila Hizam joins ZAR LYNX at senior HR executiveHer last job was with The BIG Group, Malaysia, where she served as an HR Executive focusing on recruitment.

Kathlyn Seah joins SearchAsia Consulting as headhunterBased in Singapore Seah looks to acquire the most befitting talent for different organisations.
