Happy Pongal from us at Human Resources Online!

May the sweetness of gur, doodh and kaju bring happiness into your life!

Dear Readers,

We at HRO would like to wish you a Happy Pongal - May the sweetness of gur, doodh and kaju bring happiness into your life!

Pongal, also known as Makar Sakranti, is a Hindu festival that is celebrated the world over in various forms.

The harvest festival is usually celebrated across India under a myriad of names, depending on the region, and this year, Pongal is celebrated between January 15 to January 18, where the festivities begin with the boiling of the season’s first rice with milk and jaggery. Pongal means to 'overflow', hence the pot of milk boils over to symbolise prosperity and abundance.

As you indulge in your exquisite feasts, and decorate your homes, we hope that the Sun God showers you and your family with prosperity, and fills your hearts with calmness and positivity this Pongal.

May the divine blessings of Surya reach you and your loved ones!

We at HRO would like to thank you for all your support. Do continue to write to us or share your greetings by tagging us on Instagram, or leaving us a message via LinkedIn.

Happy Pongal!

Regards,
The HRO team
