The much-awaited conference for HR leaders and decision-makers in the field of HR technology is back on a bigger scale. Organised by Human Resources, Asia’s only regional media & events brand, HR Tech Interactive 2017 will examine the speed and sophistication of HR innovation as well as the issues surrounding digital disruption.
HR Tech Interactive, the regional invitation-only HR technology event for HR leaders and senior HRIS specialists, is a one-day conference happening in Kuala Lumpur on 12 September, in Singapore on 14 September, and in Manila on 28 September.
HR Tech Interactive is exclusive to VP and director-level HR leaders in Asia. The conference will facilitate two-way discussions and themed roundtable discussions led by experts to allow a comprehensive exchange of insights and create an open and conducive environment for debate.
“HR Tech Interactive is an amalgam of traditional and modern ways of exploring the impact of HR technology on the industry, the businesses, and the people,” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine. “What keeps HR executives coming back is the conference’s strategic platform where real challenges are addressed with practical solutions that are generously shared by tech gurus and HR practitioners.”
In addition to the roundtable setting, HR Tech Interactive 2017 will present case study analyses, keynote presentations, and networking sessions to explore issues the latest research has found to be affecting the HR community and businesses in general. The agenda covers workplace technology trends, talent analytics, mobile HR, HR cloud, social media and collaboration, and next generation recruitment tools.
Past HR Tech Interactive participants are senior HR leaders from major employers in the region, such as AXA, Credit Suisse, Ericsson, Hewlett Packard, Hyatt Group, Maersk, Petronas, Societe Generale, UPS, and Volvo Cars. All presenters & panellists, such as David Chin, chief human resources officer at Biosensors, are director or vice president level HR professionals with regional responsibility.
Held in Malaysia, Philippines, and Singapore in September, HR Tech Interactive is Asia’s biggest HR technology strategy event. Attendance to the one-day annual event is by invitation only with invitations reserved for the senior in-house HR professionals.
Human Resources’ interactive-style conference format applies to case study presentations, panel discussions and roundtable discussions in which delegates work through five topic areas in a single day – an experience described by attendees as eight hours of intense peer learning.
