Globe Telecom clinched the prestigious title of Overall HREA Winner at the Human Resources Excellence Awards 2025, after an impressive haul of six Gold, two Silver, and two Bronze trophies. The organisation's outstanding achievements were celebrated alongside other top-performing organisations at a dazzling gala night held on 7 August 2025 at the Grand Hyatt Manila.
In its fourth edition, the HR Excellence Awards 2025 honoured the Philippines’ most forward-thinking companies across 41 highly competitive categories. This year also saw the introduction of a timely new category – Excellence in Addressing Urban Workforce Challenges, which spotlighted organisations that are reshaping the way we work in complex metropolitan landscapes.
From recruitment and employee engagement to leadership development and talent retention, the winning organisations demonstrated bold, strategic, and impactful HR initiatives. Together, they set a powerful new standard for people-first practices in the Philippines’ dynamic workplace landscape.
