Asia’s top HR tech conference to return in September

HR Tech Interactive, the regional invitation-only HR technology event for regional HR leaders, is returning for its big 4th year. Organised by Human Resources, Asia’s only regional media & events brand, HR Tech Interactive 2016 will spark a unique fusion of in-depth discussions and peer-to-peer discourse on HR technology strategy.

HR Tech Interactive 2016 is a one-day conference happening in Kuala Lumpur on 6 September, in Singapore on 15 September, and in Hong Kong on 30 September. Recognised as the most innovative HR technology forum in Asia, HR Tech Interactive explores the integration of technology into talent strategy, the fundamentals of digital revolution and HR analytics, and top technological trends penetrating the workplace.

“Many HR and business leaders acknowledge the expanding need to invest in the right technology that will result in greater efficiencies which leads to higher profitability,” said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine.

“There is an explosion of new tools and systems, but at HR Tech Interactive 2016, discussions and exchanges always emphasise that strategy plays a bigger role in digital transformation.”

From its tremendous success last year, HR Tech Interactive is now set to examine issues the latest HR technology research has found to be affecting the HR community and businesses in general. This year’s agenda covers the most valuable disruptions in big data analytics, workforce management systems, mobile-enabled processes, social media campaigns, and talent management applications.

HR Tech Interactive 2016 is exclusive to VP & director-level HR leaders from leading companies in Asia. They will join their peers and other industry decision-makers at roundtable discussions, case study analysis, keynote presentations, and networking sessions.

Past HR Tech Interactive participants are senior HR leaders from major employers in the region, such as AXA, Credit Suisse, Ericsson, Hewlett Packard, Hyatt Group, Maersk, Petronas, Societe Generale, UPS, and Volvo. All presenters & panellists, such as David Chin, chief human resources officer at Biosensors, are director or vice president level HR professionals with regional responsibility.

Held in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong in September, HR Tech Interactive is Asia’s biggest HR technology strategy event. Attendance to the one-day annual event is by invitation only with invitations reserved for the senior in-house HR professionals.

Human Resources’ “Interactive-style” conference format applies to case study presentations, panel discussions and roundtable discussions in which delegates work through five topic areas in a single day – an experience described by attendees as eight hours of intense peer learning.
