Human Resources is proud to announce that the leading global mobility conference, Workforce Mobility Interactive, will return in February 2016.
The pioneering forum will bring together HR leaders and senior mobility specialists from top global and multinational companies to address staff mobility and expatriate management best practices.
Now in its second year, the conference will focus on the key areas of staff mobility and expatriate management which have been found to represent the most pressing issues for HR professionals in Asia.
"Transitioning to workforce mobility is challenging because it necessitates strategic manoeuvring of costs, relocation needs, technological equipment and regulatory procedures," said Aditi Sharma Kalra, regional editor of Human Resources magazine.

Workforce Mobility Interactive 2016 is an exclusive invitation-only conference which will take place in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore in February 2016.
It is Asia's only regional conference on staff mobility and expatriate management strategy.
Open only to director and VP-level HR professionals and mobility specialists from global and multinational companies, the 'interactive-style' conference is set to front this year's conversations in workforce mobility.

This year, the companies represented on the Workforce Mobility Interactive agenda included Daimler, Dell, General Electric, General Motors, Mastercard, Mondelez, Siemens and Unilever and many more.
All presenters & panellists, such as Caroline Thorley-Farrer, regional head of mobility Asia Pacific at British American Tobacco, are director or vice president level HR professionals with regional responsibility.
Attendance to the one-day annual event is strictly by invitation only with invitations reserved for senior in-house HR professionals. Attendance is capped at 100 delegates.
While the themes of Workforce Mobility Interactive 2016 are yet to be announced, the topics the conference will focus on will be the most pressing issues pertinent to mobility and expatriate management.
Expect to hear about topics such as international compensation & benefits, global talent management, return on investment, and regulatory compliance as well as risks and opportunities in dealing with an evolving intergenerational and diverse global workforce.
