Winners and photos: HR Vendors of the Year 2016, Hong Kong

Last night, the brightest HR innovators in their respective fields were honoured at the HR Vendors of the Year 2016 Awards, Hong Kong.

In the company of more than 250 attendees, HR Vendors of the Year 2016 Awards, Hong Kong took place at the Hotel Icon. The night saw the city's top HR vendors take home trophies across 33 categories.

Organised by Human Resources , the HR Vendors of the Year Awards is the largest event celebrating achievements by HR solutions providers, held in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. What makes the process unique, is that judging is done by heads of HR from some of the region’s biggest employers.

The HR Vendors of the Year Awards 2016 highlight the smartest companies and most remarkable initiatives in the areas of recruitment, talent management, employee benefits, workforce mobility, training and development, outsourcing, and HR tech.

To better recognise the achievements of HR vendors in the city, a number of new categories was introduced this year. The battle for the best recruitment firms awards proved to be fierce as different firms demonstrated their prowess in areas they specialise in.

Among the new categories are Best Cross-Border Recruitment Agency which saw Morgan Philips Hong Kong take home the gold. The gold award for Best Recruitment Firm – Candidate Relationship & Marketing went to Xpand Group. TalentQuest HR was named the Best Recruitment Firm – Engineering, Property & Construction.

In another new category, Best Recruitment Firm – Hospitality, ACI HR Solutions was crowned the gold winner. The gold award for Best Recruitment Firm – Human Resources was won by Chandler Macleod.

The gold award for Best Recruitment Firm – Retail went to JOBDOH, while Proco Global- Hong Kong won gold for the Best Recruitment Firm – Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Logistics, and Peoplebank Hong Kong bagged gold for Best Recruitment Firm – Technology and Telecommunications, Fintech Sector.

Crown World Mobility won gold for the Best Mobility & Orientation Consultant award and Crown Relocations was awarded the Best Relocation Company. 

Oracle Systems Hong Kong was the biggest winner in HR Tech, taking home a grand total of three gold awards for Best Applicant Tracking Software, Best Employee Engagement Software and Best HR Management System.
