Up the ranks: Vicki Ng is Lendlease's head of human resources, Asia

Having been with Lendlease since 2014, Vicki Ng has been appointed the head of human resources for the Asia region, effective May 2017. She is based in Singapore.

In her role, she ensures that Lendlease’s people and culture strategies and initiatives are aligned with the growth aspirations of Lendlease's Asia business.

Ng has more than 15 years of HR experience in a wide variety of industries across Asia-Pacific. She first joined the international property and infrastructure group in 2014 as the head of compensation and benefits for Asia, before being promoted to being the head of compensation and benefits for Asia and group head of mobility.

Prior to joining Lendlease, Ng worked in public-listed companies including United Overseas Bank, Mercer, Shell, as well as the Singapore Government Service.

Ng holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
