Up the ranks: MNRB Group appoints Hazlina Mohd Hazani as SVP & Head of Group Human Capital Management

She joins equipped with leadership experience within the financial services and consulting sectors, and extensive expertise in rewards, performance, and human capital governance.

MNRB Group has welcomed Hazlina Mohd Hazani to the team as Senior Vice President & Head of Group Human Capital Management, effective 13 January 2026.

According to MNRB, Hazlina is a seasoned human capital leader with deep expertise in regional total rewards frameworks, performance management, human capital governance, and strategic HR transformation. She brings to the role over 20 years of experience in human capital and people management.

At MNRB, her focus will include aligning people strategies with organisational objectives, strengthening sound governance practices, and advancing a sustainable people agenda. 

Hazlina's career has seen her take on senior human capital leadership positions within the financial services and consulting sectors – including tenures with AmBank Group, CIMB Group, HSBC Bank, Hong Leong Group, ING Insurance, and Mercer. 

Her most recent role prior to joining MNRB Holdings was as SVP, Head Group Total Rewards and Performance at RHB Banking Group.
