Her appointment is part of the Group’s latest management restructure aimed at strengthening its regional presence.
Cathay has announced the appointment of Lynn See (pictured above) as Regional Head of People for Southeast Asia & Oceania, following the integration of the two regions under a unified leadership structure.
See was previously Regional Head of People, Southeast Asia. Since joining Cathay in 2021, See has led the People team with a strong emphasis on talent development, organisational design, and dynamic people strategies.
In her new role, she will focus on creating meaningful employee experiences, cultivating an inclusive and vibrant culture, and enabling business success throughout the region.
This appointment is part of a broader set of changes to key management roles aimed to strengthen Cathay’s presence in Southeast Asia and Oceania.
The newly announced regional leadership team includes:
- Frosti Lau, Regional General Manager, Southeast Asia & Oceania
- Jonathan Ng, Regional Head of Customer Travel and Lifestyle, Southeast Asia & Oceania
- Ashish Kapur, Regional Head of Cargo, Southeast Asia & Oceania
- Steve Cheung, Regional Head of Finance, Southeast Asia & Oceania
- Adam Nelson, Regional Head of Engineering, Southeast Asia & Oceania
- Dominic Vallado, Regional Head of Airports, Southeast Asia & Oceania
- Kelly Tsang, Area Head, Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam
- Nicolas Masse, Area Head, Singapore and Malaysia
- Tony Sham and Vishnu Rajendran remain Country Heads of Indonesia and the Philippines respectively.
Cathay said the expansion of roles reflect its strategic move to enable closer collaboration and greater efficiency, steer growth, and deliver exceptional service for customers across markets within the region.
