He joins the quick-service restaurant brand after holding senior people leadership roles across consumer, e-commerce, media, and multinational businesses in Asia.
Michael Sirikul (pictured above) has joined KFC Thailand as its new Head of People & Culture.
Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Sirikul said he was excited to join “an iconic brand with an incredible presence in Thailand” and to work with the team on a people and culture agenda that supports both employees and the business.
“A new chapter, a new challenge, and a new opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow,” he wrote.
Sirikul joins KFC Thailand from BurdaLuxury, where he served as Regional Director of Human Resources – Asia from February to August 2026. In the role, he focused on people & culture strategy, governance, performance-led transformation, and HR partnership with regional leadership.
At KFC Thailand, Sirikul will lead the company’s people and culture agenda as it continues to support its workforce and business priorities in the market.
Before this, he spent close to two years at ChaiXi Corporation, most recently as Group Head of People & GA and Country Lead Corporate Marketing. He had also held the roles of Group Head of People and General Administration (EVP), and Country Head of People and GA (VP).
