Helen Snowball has stepped into the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Thai Union Group, marking a move from Singapore to Bangkok and a new chapter in her people leadership journey.
Bringing extensive international HR experience across the food and property sectors, Snowball was previously Chief People Officer at PropertyGuru and has held senior roles at Kraft (UK), Coca-Cola Amatil (Australia), and Jones Lang LaSalle.
Sharing about her appointment in a Linkedin post, she expressed her excitement to join a team "driven by vision, anchored by values, with a hugely ambitious growth and transformation agenda." Working closely with Thiraphong Chansiri, CEO, Thai Union Group, the group leadership team, and the HR team, she will support over 40,000 employees worldwide, building the talent, capabilities, and operating systems needed for sustainable, long-term growth.
Under her leadership, Snowball aims to elevate Thai Union’s HR function as a strategic partner in delivering the company’s growth and transformation objectives. Reflecting on her approach, she said: "I believe that when we invest in our people and nurture their potential, we create the foundation for lasting success and a brighter future for everyone.
