PropertyGuru Group has appointed Helen Snowball (pictured above) as its new Chief People Officer (CPO).
On Wednesday (26 April 2023), the Group said Helen will lead the people & culture function, managing the full scope of HR functions with a focus on employee experience and talent management to support the group's next phase of growth in Southeast Asia. As CPO, she is part of the Group's leadership team and will report to the CEO and Managing Director, Hari V. Krishnan.
In her role, based in Singapore, Helen will provide strategic direction and expertise for all team and talent-related matters, with a particular focus on taking forward the culture of trust that PropertyGuru "aspires to deliver." Her role will also involve championing an equitable workplace.
Commenting on her appointment, the leader commented: “I am thrilled to join PropertyGuru Group. My focus will be to foster the amazing culture the organisation has built and enable employees to bring their best selves to work, each day.

Helen brings to her role more than two decades of experience in HR, sales, and commercial, having held various leadership roles in global organisations. Prior to joining PropertyGuru Group, she served as the Global Head of People Solutions & Experience at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Singapore, where she led the formation of a new global employee experience function to re-imagine the future of work, implemented a new digital HR experience that enhanced productivity and business performance, and drove initiatives that enhanced employee experience.
She has also held the position of Head of HR Sales & Marketing at Coca-Cola Euro-Pacific Partners in Australia, and worked at Kraft Heinz Company in the UK.
