Boustead Holdings Berhad has announced the appointment of Badrol-Izam Baharom as Group Chief People Officer, effective 13 April 2026.
In a LinkedIn post, the Group extended its warmest congratulations to Badrol-Izam on his new role, sharing confidence that his appointment will further strengthen its people leadership and drive organisational excellence.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Badrol-Izam brings with him about 30 years of HR experience in diverse industries, including hospitality, multi-national manufacturing, and global oil & gas companies.
His past roles include serving as Senior Director at the Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC), as well as Senior General Manager, Human Resource at Malaysia Marine & Heavy Engineering.
The company said the appointment aligns with its ambition to strengthen capabilities and drive sustainable growth across the Group, adding that it looks forward to Badrol-Izam’s leadership in advancing organisational strength and accelerating growth.
