TBO Tek, a b2b travel technology platform, has appointed Aditi Madhok-Naarden (pictured above) as Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective 23 February 2026.
In this role, she will lead TBO's global people strategy.
Aditi joins TBO with over two decades of international HR leadership experience across technology, financial services, food & beverages and FMCG sectors. She has held senior people leadership roles at global organisations including Lloyds Banking Group, Tate & Lyle, The Body Shop International, MasterCard, Deutsche Bank, Prudential, IBM, and Infosys – leading large-scale transformation programmes, driving equity, diversity and inclusion agendas, and building the people agenda across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East & Africa and the Americas.

A trained coach & mentor and a British Chevening Scholar, Aditi holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
