The Providore ceases operations at all six Singapore locations effective 9 March 2026

The company confirmed this in a post on Instagram, but the reason for the closure remains unclear.

The Providore, a home-grown Singapore cafe chain, deli and grocer in Singapore, has ceased operations at all six of its Singapore outlets — Downtown Gallery, Mandarin Gallery, Paya Lebar Quarter, Raffles Place, VivoCity, and Wisma Atria — with effect from Monday, 9 March 2026.

In an Instagram story, the brand said all outlets had closed with immediate effect, thanking customers for their “long‑term support and kindness”. The announcement did not disclose reasons for the shutdown.
