The best 50 places to work in 2015

Based on the rankings from employees, career community Glassdoor has released its seventh annual list of the best companies to work for.

The Employees' Choice Awards honour the best places to work across the US (and this year, for the first time, also the UK), determined solely by the input of employees, who provide feedback via the company's review survey.

Employees were asked to use a scale to rate their satisfaction at the company they work in, including how they feel their CEO is leading the business and other key factors such as compensation & benefits, career opportunities, culture and values and work-life balance.

Staff are also asked whether they would recommend the company they work for to a friend, and to give their opinion on how they feel the company will succeed in the next six months.
